This is a modification to the already-approved Block D office building in Cherrywood Science & Technology Park. The changes involve enclosing an open undercroft (covered outdoor area) at the office entrance to create a fully enclosed foyer, removing internal stairs between ground and first floors and converting that space to additional office area, and installing a new fire escape staircase on the south-eastern corner.

The development is office-based. The enclosed foyer and infilled floor space will add interior office accommodation, though the total building footprint and use remain unchanged from the original approval.
