This is a modification to the previously approved office building at Block D. The changes involve enclosing the open undercroft at the office entrance to create a fully enclosed foyer, removing internal stairs between ground and first floor to create more office space, and adding new fire escape stairs on the south-eastern corner.

The existing office building will gain additional office floor space on the ground floor where internal stairs are being removed and infilled.

New fire escape stairs are being added to the south-eastern corner to improve emergency evacuation routes from the second floor.
