The development will improve and expand Kilbogget Park with new recreational facilities, sports infrastructure, and natural wetland habitat.

A new playground and pitch improvements will enhance sports facilities. A multi-use games area (MUGA) will accommodate multiple sports. Two clubhouses will provide meeting and changing spaces for park users and local clubs.

Additional car parking will be provided. A footbridge will improve pedestrian connections across the park, alongside new paths and upgraded entrance and boundary features.

Lake wetlands will be created, supporting biodiversity and water management. The landscaping scheme includes pathway improvements to enhance the park's accessibility and amenity value.
