1) Construction of a single storey extension at ground floor level to the rear (north west) incorporating a family room with a flat roof and parapet walls; and a guest bedroom, ensuite, washroom and boiler room with a pitched roof with 4 no. rooflights extending from the existing roof, 2) A two storey extension with a pitched roof to the side (north east) incorporating a study with a terrace at ground floor level over a basement level garage, 3) A single storey extension of the ground floor level over the existing lean to roof part of the basement level hallway and bedroom to tie into the existing ground floor level pitched roof, 4) The alteration of three windows in the existing side elevation (north-east) to facilitate the proposed extension and, 5) The introduction of 4 no. roof lights over the existing entrance hallway corridor adjacent to the bedrooms at the ground floor level.
