Modifications and extension to previously approved (P.A. D99A/0941, D01A/0026, and D02A/0430) 3 storey office building with roof level plant accommodation (Building G) at Cherrywood Science and Technology Park. Modifications and extension include : 1: Provision of two storey basement car park to accommodate 259 car spaces under building and surrounding site .2. Infilling of atriums at first and second floor level, 3. Increase in size of building footprint by 3.9 m to the west and 3.9 m for the south. 4. Total increase in gross floor area of Block G due to item 3 and 4 is 1,267 sq.m giving a total gross area of 8,721 sq.m. 5. Provision of ESB substation and vehicular access ramp down to car park. 6. Omission of two fire external fire escape stair cores. 7. Consequent changes to the external elevations to accommodate all of the above listed modifications. 8. Accommodation of existing surface car parking associated with Block E in the new two storey basement car park under Block G.
