Permission for the subdivision and Change of Use of part of the ground floor level (2,841 sqm gross floor area) from vacant previously permitted office use to Day Hospital (to accommodate use Class 9, of Schedule 2, Part 4 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, as Amended).
