This is a modification to the previously approved Block D office building in Cherrywood Science & Technology Park. The changes involve enclosing the open undercroft area at the office entrance to create a fully enclosed foyer, removing internal stairs between ground and first floor, and adding a new fire escape staircase.

The enclosed foyer will improve weather protection for office visitors. Removing the internal stairs and infilling that space will add additional office floor space. A new fire escape staircase in the south-eastern corner will meet safety requirements.
