The development will consist of a residential development of 250 no. apartments comprising 63 no. 1 - beds, 133 no. 2-beds and 54 no. 3-beds, within 5 no. blocks ranging up to 6 storeys over lower ground floor/basement. The development will include a crèche (c.280 sq.m), resident's gym (c.195 sq.m) and resident's amenity space (c.275 sq.m). 289 car parking spaces and 624 bicycle parking spaces at surface level and double basement.
