Permission is sought for the provision of: 1) a free standing sign (1.95m x 9m x 4m) located on the footpath in front of the north elevation of Block AD; sign advertising the creche facility located on the ground floor of Block AD (PL ref D06A/1722). 2) a sign advertising the creche facility located on the face of the east elevation of Block AD at ground floor level adjacent to the creche entrance door (1.69m x 0.85m). 3) provision of a free-standing refuse store to service the creche; refuse store located in car park at ground floor level in front of creche (gross area 11sqm approx). 4) modifications to existing planters and ground floor parking in front of the east elevation of block AD to accomodate and screen the new refuse store.
