The existing Circle K service station forecourt building will be redesigned internally and externally to expand retail space and add a deli counter serving hot and cold meals.

Net retail floor area will increase to 81 sq.m, with a relocated 10 sq.m off-licence. A new deli area will be added offering hot and cold meals and refreshments for consumption on and off the premises. Customer toilets, kitchen facilities, and storage areas will be reconfigured.

Changes are confined to the existing forecourt amenity building. New entrance and access doors will be added as part of the building elevation revisions.
