Change of use of part of the ground floor of Block AD from office use to creche use, (gross floor area 952 sq.m), elevational modifications to include additional doors for fire escape purposes to home base area, and second entrance door to offices at the east elevation to facilitate separate independent access to the offices and a dedicated and separate entrance to the creche, provision of dedicated outdoor play (352 sq.m) enclosed by boundary railings, allocation of 21 car parking spaces including 10 at basement level for employees and 11 spaces at the surface level to serve as set down and pick up facility to patrons at the creche.
