Amendment to Condition 10 of Reg Ref: DZ17A/0122 and Condition 13 of Reg. Ref. DZ18A/1104 to allow for the use of up to 229 spaces of the permitted basement car park at Levels -1 and -2 for a period of 7 years for temporary parking. This temporary use will facilitate the relocation of existing temporary surface car parking spaces constructed in the temporary surface car park pursuant to Reg Ref: DZ17A/0417. The parking spaces to be relocated are and will be used by tenants of the Business Park.
