Revisions to the internal layout of the existing forecourt amenity building to incorporate an increase in net retail floor area to 81sqm and the relocation of the existing off-licence (10sqm), a new deli area with hot and cold meals and refreshments for sale for consumption on and off the premises and changes to customer toilets, back of house and storage areas 2. Revisions to the building elevations including new entrance and access doors. 3. All associated site and development works
