PC/CSDZ/013/22

A new 3.2 km walking and cycling route linking Bridesglen to Brennanstown, running through natural green spaces within Cherrywood.

The route is 4 metres wide, designed to accommodate both pedestrians and cyclists safely. It connects existing green spaces and provides a traffic-free alternative route through the development.

The route incorporates natural landscaping with 850 new trees planted along the corridor. Wetland areas and native planting will support biodiversity and manage surface water naturally.
