PC/CSDZ/013/22

A new 2.8 km walking and cycling route through natural greenspace, running from Bridesglen to Brennanstown across the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone.

The route will be 4 metres wide, suitable for pedestrians and cyclists. It connects key residential areas and will integrate with existing and planned transport links across Cherrywood.

8,000 trees will be planted along the route, creating a wildlife corridor through the development. Native species and habitat creation will support biodiversity across the zone.
