This application development within the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Cherrywood Planning Scheme 2014, as amended. The development will consist of the continued use of lands (2.66Ha) as a temporary surface carpark (approx 740 cars) for a period of 5 years, including all associated site and development works as previously permitted under reg ref DZ17A/0417.
