Permission. This application relates to development within the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Cherrywood Planning Scheme 2014, as amended. The lands are located in the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area and form part of Development Area 8 - Tully and is generally bounded by Castle Street and Beckett Park to the south-west and west, Lehaunstown Lane and Gun & drum Hill Road to the south, Grand Parade (under construction) and the Green LUAS line to the east and Barrington's Road to the north. The proposed development consists of minor amendments to the development granted permission under Reg. Ref. DZ20A/0399 as to facilitate the construction and phased occupation of the already permitted dwelling units. For avoidance of doubt, no physical/structural changes are proposed to the permitted development. The development continues to consult of the 136 dwellings as already permitted.
