Planning permission to amend part of the previously permitted development at a site of 0.03 Ha at Building 3 (formerly known as Block AC), Cherrywood Business Park, Cherrywood, Co Dublin (also Dublin 18), Eircode D18TF72. (The Subject site comprises a part of the wider 4.28 ha parent permission site (with a development area of 1.52 ha) DLRCC REG. REF DZ19A/0255). The development will consist of alterations to the northern facade of Building 3, in place of the previously permitted facade alterations. The Gross Floor area of Building 3 will be unaltered. The proposed development is located within the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Cherrywood planning scheme 2014 (As amended).
