Permission for development consisting of: 1. The Change of Use of existing vacant ground floor unit, Unit 2 (278 sqm) and existing vacant first floor unit, Unit 4 (338 sqm), previously permitted as 'retail' and 'café/restaurant' respectively under Reg. Ref. No. D99A/0942, to medical/dental and related uses. 2.
