The development consists of modifications to planning permission Reg Ref DZ22A/0618 as follows. 1) increase total no. of apartment units from 67 to 70 units, which includes the replacement of 2 no. amenity spaces at the ground floor with 2 no. 2-Bed apartment units, the splitting of 1 no. 2-Bed unit at ground floor Core 1 into 2 no. 1-Bed units and associated elevational updates. 2) the reconfiguration of the plan to change 8 no. 1-Bed units into 8 no. 2-Bed from the first to fourth floor level by extending the floor area at the south facing elevation at the two cores and associated elevational updates. 3) Minor reconfiguration of the basement to accommodate the increase in car parking total from 81 no. to 86 no. spaces, and the increase in cycle parking from 67 no. to 70 no. spaces. The application relates to development within the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Cherrywood Planning Scheme, 2014 (as amended).
