Development comprises the complete refurbishment of the existing outbuilding to include extending the roof over part to provide a bedroom and bathroom at new upper level; demolition of two small annexes to east and west; and the construction of a single storey extension to the west beside existing boundary wall to provide hall, bathroom and home office, the whole forming a courtyard type house; also ancillary site works including drainage, timber boundary fencing 1.8m high, and proposed vehicular access from a common driveway off Brides Glen Road.
