LSREF V Eden L2 Ltd Intend to Apply for Permission on this Site In the Townlands of Laughanstown and Brennanstown, Dublin 18. This application relates to development within the Cherrywood Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Cherrywood Planning Scheme 2014, as amended. The site of the residential development is located in the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area and forms part of Development Area 1 – Lehaunstown. The residential development site is generally bounded by Barrington’s Road to the north, the Luas Green Line and Grand Parade to the east, permitted residential development to the west, and Castle Street and Lehaunstown Lane to the south. The proposed development consists of the following: 655no. residential dwellings in a mix of studio, 1 bed and 2 bed units accommodated in 9no. apartment blocks ranging in height from 4-6 storeys (all apartments are provided with balconies or terraces) comprising: Block A up to 5 storeys in height accommodating 82no. apartment units (4no. studio, 39no. 1-bed and 39no. 2-bed); Block B up to 5 storeys in height accommodating 119no. apartment units (21no. studio, 64no. 1-bed and 34no. 2-bed); Block C up to 6 storeys in height accommodating 68no. apartment units (2no. studio, 23no. 1-bed and 43no. 2-bed); Block D up to 6 storeys in height accommodating 98no. apartment units (12no. studio, 38no. 1-bed and 48no. 2-bed); Block E up to 5 storeys in height accommodating 56no. apartment units (5no. studio, 16no. 1-bed and 35no. 2-bed); Block F up to 5 storeys in height accommodating 58no. apartment units (5no. studio, 17no. 1-bed and 36no. 2-bed); Block G up to 5 storeys in height accommodating 58no. apartment units (5no. studio, 17no. 1-bed and 36no. 2-bed); Block H up to 5 storeys in height accommodating 58no. apartment units (5no. studio, 17no. 1-bed and 36no. 2-bed); Block J up to 5 storeys in height accommodating 58no. apartment units (5no. studio, 17no. 1-bed and 36no. 2-bed).
