No occupation will take place pending the opening of the South Eastern Motorway, Construction traffic will access the site from the present farm entrance on Ballyogan Road c 475m west of the Gelnamuck Road junction. The proposal incorporates ancillary earth moving and shaping, the provision of a detention pond in the Ballyogan Stream valley, (which will adjoin but not impact on the Pale Ditch) a central landscaping boulevard and public open space, mitigating boundary treatment, sub-stations, security huts, signage, refuse storage and cycle parking structures.
