Development Description

Permission is sought for the construction of 3 no. office buildings to be known as Blocks F (gross floor area 11.095sqm), F1(gross floor area 6,240sqm), and G1 (gross floor area 11,243sqm), ranging in height from four to six storeys with a seven storey tower to the west elevation of Block F, roof mounted mec hanical plant to each block in an area screened off with louvres with an overall gross office floor area of 28,578sqm fronting the Distributor Road at Cherrywood Science & Technology Park over a three level basement car park with gross floor area of 20,338sqm comprising 612 car spaces, forming an extension to the existing car park under Block G, under construction, and accessed by a new vehicular ramp to the south of Block F, the rearrangemnent of the existing Distributor Road for a distance of approximately 170m to provide a dedicated right turning lane for vehicular access to the proposed development together with access to Building H and modifications to the location of the vehicular access to Building H, sub-stations and ancillary hard and soft landscaping around buildings and related site development works on lands at this main location.
