The demolition of existing three storey mixed use commercial building known as Block D and the construction of a 5 storey mixed use building. 4 storeys of office accommodation are provided above the ground floor which consists of an office entrance lobby together with a 1,005 sq.m retail unit. Vehicular access to a double basement will provided via the previously approved car park under Block D1 and accessed via existing vehicular ramp to Bock AD basement car park (Reg. Ref. D04A/0335), the basement will accommodate 77 no. car parking spaces, bicycle parking, refuse areas, plant space and associated services. A double ESB sub station and switch room will be located on the ground floor onto the existing access road. Balconies are provided on the Southern, Western and Northern elevations on the fourth floor, roof mounted mechanical plant is provided in an area screened off with louvres and ancillary hard and soft landscaping and related site development works. The total gross floor area of the proposed building is 5,925sq.m.
