Alterations and additions to include (1) The construction of a single storey extension to ground floor level to rear elevation (South) incorporating existing balcony into additional ground floor area with internal alterations to give 3 no. bedrooms in lieu of 4 no. bedrooms and the provision of a replacement balcony to the rear revised elevation (South) and the provision of a new pitched raised seam metal decking roof in lieu of existing flat roof and the provision of a minimum of 6 no. solar panels on the South facing roof. (2) The construction of a centrally located extension, 2 storey to front elevation (North) and 3 storey to rear elevation (South) consisting of (A) Entrance hall at ground floor level to front elevation (North) and lounge ground floor level to rear elevation (South) (B) Sunroom (with replacement swimming pool) at lower ground floor level to the rear elevation (South) (C) 2 no. bedrooms and a family gym on the first floor level, (giving a total of 5 no. bedrooms), (D) The extending of the existing family room located at the Southern gable of the lower ground floor level and the existing car port located at the South West gable of the lower ground floor level under the new extended ground floor level with on site ancillary development works.
