An additional floor (second floor of gross area 3,142 sq.m) to approved Block G (Reg. Ref. D01A/0026, D02A/0430, D02A/0941 and D05A/0219) increasing the building in height from a three storey to a four storey office building; modifications also include the provision of a new fire escape stairs to the rear (south) side and consequent increase in floor level at first floor and third floor levels of 130 sq.m to link into new stairs; relocation of the escape stairs on the east and west elevations to meet fire escape travel distances; location of ESB substation on east elevation; modifications to central core to provide 4 lifts; modifications to basement car park to give two full decks of parking with single access ramp between; office area to increase from 8,721 sq.m gross to 12,241 sq.m gross.
