Vehicular and pedestrian access to the apartment development and house no. 2, 3 and 4 will be served by the widening of the existing vehicular and pedestrian access to Auburn off Glenamuck Road and the provision of a new internal road layout ;a new vehicular access will serve house no. 1 and 5 off the Glenamuck Road between the existing access points for Tintagel and Creagan that will be closed. All other existing access points will be closed. The apartment development will be served by 190 car parking spaces overall of which 31 no. will be provided on surface and 159 no. car parking spaces will be provided within a single 4, 866 sq.m basement car park under blocks A, B and C. The basement car park will be accessed off a new ramp via a new internal road layout. The four no. new detached dwelling will each be served by 2 no. on site surface car parking spaces (8 car parking spaces overall). The existing dwelling will remain served by two car parking spaces. Permission is also sought for all site development works including infrastructure to service the development, including internal roads; drainage; water supply, utilities, landscaping works; fencing and boundary treatment; security hut; road lighting and signage: all on a site of some 1.25 hectares at Glenamuck Road. The development on this site of 1.25 ha comprising of the sites containing the existing residential properties of Creagan, Tintagel and Auburn as well as Keelogues (which contains two no. dwellings) and generally bounded by Glenamuck Road to the south-east, residential lands to the north-east, residential lands to the south-west and open space and the M50 to the north-west off Glenamuck Road.
