All proposed works to take place at Barrington Tower (A Protected Structure), Brennanstown Road, on a site of approx. 3.5 ha on lands abounded generally to the North by Brennanstown Road, to the west by Brennanstown Vale housing development, to the east by a laneway accessing a Quaker burial ground to the south by the woodlands on either side of Loughlinstown River and the embankment of the former Harcourt Street Railway Line (no. development works are proposed to Barrington Tower itself) [a dwelling] as part of this planning application).
