Permission is sought for revisions to a previously permitted development (ABP Ref. PL06D.223921) comprising the construction of 77 no. apartment units over single basement (3,503sqm) in lieu of permitted 64 no. apartment units over single basement (3,492sqm). The revised breakdown of units will consist overall of 9 no. 1-bed units; 36 no. 2-bed units; 16 no. 2-bed duplex units; and 16 no. 3 bed units. Revised layout and reconfiguring of Block A to include an additional set back sixth storey to provide a six / storey part five storey apartment block over basement to replace the five, part five and a half storey apartment block. The revisions will consist of 31 no. new units in lieu of the 20 no. units granted under the parent permission. Revised Block A will now consist of 9 no. 1-bed units; 16 no. 2-bed units; 6 no. 3-bed units. The block also contains balconies/terraces serving each individual unit on the north-west and south-east elevation. Revised layout and reconfiguring of Block D to consist of a stepped four storey apartment block of 16 no. two bed duplex units in lieu of the permitted 14 no. units granted under the parent permission. The revised block also contains balconies/terraces serving each individual unit on the south-east elevation. No changes are proposed to Block B. Relocation of Block B some 1.6m to the north-west. No other changes are proposed to Block C. The revised apartment development will be served by 99 car parking spaces and 110 cycle parking spaces within a single and revised basement car park of 3,503sqm under blocks A, B, C and D. A minor alteration to the location of the access ramp into the basement under Block A is also proposed as a result of the revisions to Block A. Permission is also sought for all minor amendments to the site development works, landscaping works and other infrastructure required to service the development.
