Permission is sought to construct a multi-storey car park including ancillary accomodation with eight levels above and three levels below ground providing 1,081 parking spaces on a 0.7759 hectare site fronting the distributor road at this main location. Vehicular access to the car park will be off a new internal road accessed off the previously approved distributor road. Pedestrian access to the car park is provided from a lobby accessed at ground floor level on the southeast corner of the proposed building . 10 no. retail units with a gross floor area of 1,006sqm are provided to the ground floor perimeter of the car park. The total gross floor area of the car park is 35,302sqm.
