Construction of a four storey office building to be known as Block G2 with a gross office floor area of 11,461 sq.m. fronting the distributor road at Cherrywood Science and Technology Park, roof mounted mechanical plant in an area screened off with louvers; over two level basement car park with gross floor area of 7007 sq.m. comprising 218 spaces, 109 spaces on each deck, forming an extension to the existing car park under Block G under construction and accessed by the previously approved vehicular ramp (D06A/0015 to the lower level of the Block G car park and through the Block G car park; ESB sub station ancillary hard and soft landscaping around building.
