This is a modification to the already-approved Block D office building. The work involves enclosing the undercroft (covered area) at the office entrance to create a fully enclosed foyer, removing internal stairs between ground and first floor and using that space for additional office area, and adding new fire escape stairs in the south-eastern corner.

The changes improve the office foyer and add extra office floor space where the old internal stairs were located. These modifications are to the existing approved commercial building.
