Modifications and extension to existing mixed use commercial building Block D at Cherrywood Science and Technology Park, Cherrywood, Loughlinstown, County Dublin to comprise the following:-1. Extension to ground floor retail and office area of 41 sq.m. of retail space and 80 sq.m. of office space to extend under the existing canopy on the west façade. 2. Infilling of void at first floor level on the south elevation to extend the office area by 101 sq.m. of office space. 3. Extension at second floor level to enclose existing balcony to the west. Infill void to the south and encompass the existing plant room to the east and the remainder of the first floor roof to provide an additional 568 sq.m. of office space. 4. Relocation of plant equipment to roof with screening all round. 5. Extend second lift and rear stairs up to second floor and rear stairs up to roof to provide access to plant room. 6. Modifications to existing elevations as a consequence of the above modifications and extensions. 7. Modifications and extensions to increase the area of the building by 790 sq.m. gross area to give a total gross area of building of 3107 sq.m.
