For modifications to previously approve office building known as Block G as permitted under Reg.Ref. D05A/0219 and D06A/0015 to comprise the following:- (1) Infilling the recess to the front of the building at ground, first and second floor levels, to reduce the central recess on these floor to 800 m.m. behind front facade and increasing the floor area at each floor by 99 sq.m. (2) Extending the penthouse (third) floor to the floor to the front of the building to line up the external wall with the line of the infill wall below and increasing the floor area of the penthouse by 205 sq.m. (3) Total additional floor area of offices to be 502 sq.m.
