Modifications to previously approved mixed use commercial building, Block D (Reg. Ref. D05A/1672, D05A/0419) to comprise enclosing undercroft at office entrance to provide a fully enclosed office foyer removal of internal stairs linking ground to first floor and infilling as office floor space; and provision of new fire escape stairs from second floor to first floor in the southern eastern corner of the existing building.
