Development Description
Modifications to building known as block AC. Modifications to comprise an extension to the previously approved 3rd floor (D03A/0626) to extend the offices over the two east facing terraces by a total of 143sqm also modifications to move the mechanical plant from the south east second floor terrace and consolidate all the plant on the roof; increase in height of previously approved plant screening from 1500 m.m. to 2200 m.m. high, modifications to the location of the screening following final design of the plant requirements.
