The development will also consist of: the modifications of 1 no. existing vehicular and pedestrian access point at Lehaunstown Lane; the widening of part of Lehaunstown Lane from this access point to the junction with Brennanstown Road. Access to the site will also be provided via the previously approved development (Reg. Ref. D01A/0710; ABP Ref. PL 06D.130990) at Old Bray Road, Cabinteely; internal roads; the provision of 3 no. ESB substations and associated switchrooms; changes in level; boundary treatments; all hard and soft landscaping including the provision of a linear park with cycle path along the eastern boundary of the site and all other site excavation and site development works above and below ground. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application.
