Within four weeks of the date of installation of the system the developer shall forward to the planning Authority; (i) Photographic evidence of installation and (ii) A certificate from a Chartered Engineer, Hydro geologist or other experienced qualified professional who has been deemed acceptable to the Planning Authority (with professional indemnity insurance) stating that the effluent disposal system has been installed in accordance with this condition.
