ii)Ensure that the development does not conflict with the future and/or permitted public realm within Cherrywood Avenue & Cherrywood Business Park area, in terms of street lighting, street trees, public walkways, signage or other infrastructure.

4.The Gas District Regulator Installation shall accord with all relevant Gas Networks Ireland specifications. Detailed design of the gas network shall be agreed in writing with Gas Networks Ireland, and in relation to Luas Infrastructure, Transport Infrastructure Ireland. Written evidence of this agreement shall be provided to the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development or as otherwise agreed in writing.
