## Conditions

### Condition 1

1. The development shall be carried out in its entirety in accordance with the plans, particulars and specifications lodged with the application, save as may be required by the other conditions attached hereto or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.

• that all proposed SuDS measures, in particular cellular tree pit storage areas are connected to the proposed surface water network.
(b). The applicant shall also provide cross sections, which shall include all proposed drainage pipes and adjacent tree pit/ rain garden details (and any other services if present) to ensure adequate distances are being provided to accommodate drainage and trees and no conflicts occur.
